leadership ... Let's talk about !!!


Leadership is one of the most important pillar about running organizations...as it's mainly the ability "to take people from where they are...to where they would like to be" it's also the ability of making them fixing the same objectives and having the same vision as the leader do.. And to contribute to its realizations ... it's also the capacity of keeping the motivation of members of the team that he is running high...
The main characteristic of leadership revolves around the notion of talent and about Talent Management. The talent that we possess through their skills, expertise, knows how to act, react and life skills.
Leadership is expressed by innate or acquired abilities to communicate, to influence, to join other joint actions.
It is measured:
-The impact of mobilization
-By adhering to initiatives
-The level of recognition of teams, groups, employees around the leader and his plans.

In fact, it is measured by the level of support teams...
The question that has been asked for years is .. What’s the difference between management and leadership ... aren't they two ways of running an organization??

Personally I think that It is the difference between managers and leaders is the way they motivate the people who work or follow them, and this sets the tone for most other aspects of what they do.
Many people,are both. They have management jobs, but they realize that you cannot buy hearts, especially to follow them down a difficult path, and so act as leaders too.

Other aspect that make the difference between leadership and managing is : Risk Managers are known as risk-averse, leaders appeared as risk-seeking, although they are not blind thrill-seekers. When pursuing their vision, they consider it natural to face problems and hurdles that must be overcome along the way. They are thus comfortable with risk and will see routes that others avoid as potential opportunities for advantage and will happily break rules in order to get things done.

In addition to that... one of the most important difference between managing and leading... is "The Way You Do It..." as we all know that telling people what to do does not inspire them to follow you...You have to appeal to them, showing how following them will lead to their hearts, desire. They must want to follow you enough to stop what they are doing and perhaps walk into danger and situations that they would not normally consider risking...

Leaders with a stronger charisma find it easier to attract people to their cause. As a part of their persuasion they typically promise transformational benefits, such that their followers will not just receive extrinsic rewards but will somehow become better people.

As a conclusion... Leadership is a spiritual way of thinking that contribute to the realization of once objectives ... but Leading people doesn’t mean necessarily having a high job so important to make it happen ... you can manage the team without having a relatively high hierarchical position ... you can also be the leader you want even in the bottom ... it is just about stimulating the ways we use to communicate with people and have a sense of management and how to keep their motivation high enough.. Something that is a little difficult due to the multitude of characters that can exist within a team... And it is just here that the skills of a leader appeared!!
